There are many dozens of Linux educational offerings worldwide, just Google.
Rita can also put you in touch with Elizabeth Spruill who presented
information at CLUE on a South African school Linux project.
Also John Hamilton (don't have an email address) who die the Linux
setup for Lois Lenski Elementary School. He also did a CLUE
presentation.
