[lug] Pointers Needed for Building Web Interface for PostgreSQL

Thanks for the help everyone! I managed to get a Perl connection to my
database (with Perl-DBD-Pg) and was able to create a simple CGI script in
Perl that retrieved and displayed some data in a web browser, and aside
from some httpd configuration issues, it was all much simpler than I
thought it would be.

Boy, when you get things working, this open source world really brings back
the fun in computing!
