[lug] OpenVPN no Open

Do you have selinux enabled? 

Is there anything pertaining to this error at the end
of /var/log/audit/audit.log ?

If so, you may need to 'touch /.autorelabel' and reboot in order to fix
the selinux contexts on all your files.
