Look at www.pool.ntp.org
I think this is what got installed on my computer by Debian
I'm not sure how to use it if you must have an IP address, as the intended
operation is a dynamic pool of servers.
But maybe ... install the dynamic url stuff on you local host and then point yourouter box at your local host computer.
