February 13, 2012:  Jonah Hunt, an attorney with the Vinci Law Office
, files a lawsuit, Boulder County Colorado District Court case # 2012
CV 110, against me.  In his Complaint, Mr. Hunt wrote that

   14.  ...the defamatory and libelous statements on "jonahhunt.com"
already caused damage to Mr. Hunt...

   23.  Mr. Hunt has been damaged and continues to be damaged...

February 27, 2012:  In my Answer, I freely admit to having published
accusations that Mr. Hunt lied under oath and committed various forms
of fraud.  Under Colorado law, my only allowable defense is  that "the
publication was true".

March 13, 2012:  Jonah Hunt files a Motion to Dismiss his own lawsuit.
