Hard to tell not, because I got a message, finally, saying he'd found the
problem. Unfortunately, not before I went ahead with a full OS update.

Now I have a bunch of other stuff to fix.

And, it seems there might still be a problem, even though it appeared
fixed when I tried e-mail from a laptop.
