Lotus Notes/ Domino is fairly cheap, works fairly well, and runs on just about anything you'd want to run it on: NT, Linux, S390, AS400, Solaris, etc. There is also a rumor afoot that there is a Linux Client in "alpha". I have not seen it, but I kind of believe it. It has its limitations and people like/don't like Notes on almost religious grounds. -Glenn Ashton
