[lug] OT: should I reply to (this) spam?

 I have received two msgs from these people.  I have never responded to
this sort of "send a reply to get off our list" type of msg before, and
ignored the 1st msg.  Does anybody here know if this is legit?  I.e., is
this bait or are they earnest?  Sorry about forwarding the spam here.
