Based on the little write up on the page that the original poster linked it 
looks like this is targeted at end-luser workstations.

I think it is designed for people who honestly think that they need AV 
software because they are unaware that their virus experiences in the past 
are almost completely attributable to desktop OS hegemony and crappy OS 
design.  Oh, and the freedom to "innovate" ;-)
