basically you are saying that CentOS is a superset of
RH.  which means as hugh stated that unless dell added
an extra driver of it's own, a CentOS install should
work on the identical hardware at install time.  In
fact, since CentOS is a superset, it should actually
provide more functionality than stock RHEL that ships
with the Dell.
