Hah!  I am trying *VERY* hard to keep M$ Word out of the
equation...which is one reason I am looking to the group for
ideas on what others are using for a similar purpose.  Most
documentation woes I have seen stem from the fact that
information that *should* be automatically updated is not
simply because that isn't something you *can* do in M$ word
without a lot of difficulties.
